UL-101-2P

The UL-101-2P is a single UltraTouch module. It offers direct replacement into the existing mechanical palm button space and screw configuration of most existing operator stations, making it the perfect fit for retrofit projects.

UL-102-2P

The UL-102-2P is a single UltraTouch module with a complete self-contained NEMA 12 enclosure. This model is excellent when space is limited and the UltraTouch system must be mounted individually. The dimensions of the NEMA1 2 enclosure are 3.5” (89 mm) x 6.375” (162 mm) x 2.95” (75 mm).

UL-301-2P

The UL-301-2P provides two UltraTouch modules mounted on a NEMA 12 operator station run bar. Mounting and button spacing are in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, and CSA standards.

UL-401-2P

The UL-401-2P provides two UltraTouch modules mounted on a NEMA 12 operator station run bar with a red mushroom emergency stop button in the center. Mounting and button spacing are in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, and CSA standards.

UL-501-2P

The UL-501-2P provides two UltraTouch modules mounted on a NEMA 12 operator station run bar with a red mushroom emergency stop button in the center and a yellow mushroom button located off center. This model is ideal for the metal stamping and fabrication industry. Mounting and button spacing are in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, and CSA standards.

UL-601

The UL-601 Anti-Tie Down/Concurrent Operation Module ensures safe, two-handed operation by requiring the operator to activate both UltraTouch devices within a preset time, preventing accidental or unintended activation. It comes in a NEMA 12 enclosure measuring 6” (152mm) x 8” (203mm) x 6” (152mm) and is compatible with all styles. This module is required for machines that do not have built-in anti-tie-down functionality. It is also available without a control box (Part #UL-601-NB), requiring a 4” (102mm) x 5” (127mm) mounting space. When ordering, specify AC or DC as a suffix to the model number.

Model 8500 Adjustable Pedestal Mount

The Model 8500 Adjustable Pedestal Mount provides a sturdy, ergonomic solution for mounting operator stations or UltraTouch modules off the machine. Constructed from heavy-duty angle steel, it features an adjustable height design to accommodate operators of different sizes, reducing strain from stretching or pulling. The pedestal is painted OSHA yellow for high visibility and includes a floor mounting plate that can be securely lagged to the floor for stability.
