NSD Safety Mats
Featuring a Category 3 controller, the model NDS complies with all safety standards to ensure optimal protection. This system utilizes the traditional style of normally open (NO) switch mats. NSD mats are heavy duty, flexible, and size/shape is customizable up to 6′ x 12′.
STTS Safety Mats
The Category 4 STTS Controller pulses each individual mat every 19 milliseconds to detect and prevent any tampering with the mat or controller, ensuring maximum safety and reliability. STTS mats are heavy duty, flexible, and size/shape is customizable up to 6′ x 12′.
High-Temp Welding Mats
Designed for harsh environments, such as robotic welding and hot forging applications, this high-temp, non-skid safety mat ensures reliable safety in extreme conditions. Mats are customizable with irregular cuts, contours, notches, or specific wiring locations to fit unique welding cell layouts. Each mat can measure up to 72” wide by 144” long and be configured to suit your needs. Multiple mats can also be linked together to create an extended safe zone.
